(hereafter called as the “Clickadu”, “We”, etc.) takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously and complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation laws (hereafter GDPR). This document (Privacy Policy) is designed to tell you about our availability and services, about our practices regarding the collection, usage and disclosure of your personal information that may be collected and processed via this website www.clickadu.com (hereafter called as the “Website”, “Platform”) as well as on other resources where our services are provided.

We process your personal data based on consent according to GDPR Privacy, DSA, PDPB, Consumer Protection Act 2019, IT Rules 2021 PDPD, Decree No. 70/2021/ND-CP.

For the purposes of this Data Protection Policy:

“Advertiser(s)” – individuals or companies who market goods or services with Ads on Publishers’ Websites using Company Service as a mediator.

“Account” means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
“Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Privacy Policy) refers to Clickadu s.r.o.
“Data Controller”, for the purposes of the GDPR , refers to the Company as the legal person which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.
“Device” means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.

We use SSL certificates for end-to-end encrypted connections among all of our servers and Services. Data used for payment processing is encrypted and securely stored by independent companies that provide payment-processing services for the Сlickadu.

How we may use your personal information

Legitimate groundsBy submitting your personal information (paragraph 3) and accepting the Clickadu Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy on our Website (Platform) you consent with the legitimate grounds of processing your personal information.Please examine the list of legitimate grounds that sets out the manner in which we will process the different types of personal data we hold as data controller:We may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

Disclosures to third parties.We may disclose your personal information in the following cases:For the purposes set out above who will be subject to obligations to process such information in compliance with the same safeguards that we deploy.On demand by court order and/or regulators or law enforcement and at the request of the competent authorities regarding legal proceedings or investigations.

World Base Check/KYC/AML and other checks.As part of the EU legal system, we have an obligation to perform certain procedures aimed at prevention of illegal activities. Under this obligation, We and other organizations may also access and use your personal information to undertake KYC/AML checks, credit checks, and checks to prevent fraudulent or illegal activity and money laundering. Your personal data may be passed to the relevant authorities including credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies if the information provided lacks credibility and/or You are suspected of fraudulent or illegal activity. As well, We will keep these records in order to prevent any illegal actions in the future.

Clickadu S.R.O. will not sell, purchase, provide, exchange or in any other manner disclose Account or Transaction data, or personal information of or about a Cardholder to anyone other than anAcquirer, Visa/Mastercard Corporations, or in response to valid government requests.

Transfers of Your Personal Information to Other Countries

If we share the information with the EU and other regions with complete data protection laws, we can ensure that all of the data is transferred according to Privacy Policy and permitted by data protection legislation.

By using the Website, you agree to the possibility of transfer of the information we collect about you (including personal information) to any country in which we, members of our corporate group or our service provider are located.

Protection of Your Information

In order to help keep your media secure, we partner with Google to provide publicly trusted SSL certificates for end-to-end encrypted connections among all of our servers, Services, and client applications. 

We have put in place commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and organizational procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. For example, password information is stored on our servers and is protected using hashing and encryption technologies.

We do not store any of your payment or credit card information on our servers. The data is encrypted and securely stored by independent companies: banks or other officially licensed payment methods, which provide payment-processing services for Clickadu. Clickadu protects your identification documents sent for a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process and will not transfer them to third parties.

Controls For  Do-Not-Track Features 

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting You can activate to signal Your privacy preference not to have data about Your online  browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates Your choice not to be tracked online. Your rights as a data subject

Requests are free of charge, unless manifestly unfounded or excessive in which case we may charge a reasonable fee. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

Requests will be processed within one month of receipt but this might be extended to two months in case of a complex request, where you have made a number of requests, or if the identity of the requestor cannot be verified. In such cases, we will notify you and keep you updated, and may seek additional information to allow us to understand your request.
